What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Reservations Receptionist position at Ocean Drive Beach & Golf Resort?
Now hiring a friendly, energetic and pleasant person to join our team.
Looking for 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm but must be flexible to work some differing shifts if necessary
Candidate must have a pleasant personality and desire to assist guests while they are staying with us.
Guestmate property management software knowledge a plus.
*Previous hotel experience preferred, but is not required
*IQware software experience a plus
*Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
*Must be available to work weekends and some holidays (please don't apply for a position that you are unable to work the hours/days in description)
*Must have knowledge of the Grand Strand area
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Checking guests in and out
Answering phones and making reservations
Must be able to multitask!
Responsible for all guest interaction and satisfaction
additional duties required throughout shift
No phone calls please
