Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and previous interactions, fostering ongoing relationships
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, addressing customer questions and concerns effectively
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the customer and the company
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion and improve sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, especially in B2B (business-to-business) or inside sales environments, is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with sales technology tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation technologies, and telemarketing platforms
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, deal closing, and business development activities
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with resilience and a positive attitude
- Customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills for client communication and relationship building
- Experience with technical or technology sales is a plus, along with knowledge of marketing strategies to support outreach efforts
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
