Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Performs public service cleaning duties in all areas as assigned.
- Perfoms trash removal, racing pavers cleaning, and bathroom cleaning thorughout the live racing season.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
- Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/ or executes written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
- Previous experience in cleaning of large public areas facility preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs without difficulty, repeatedly.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time without difficulty.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
