Position: Door Installer Foreman
We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented installer and servicer of large-format door & window systems. This full-time, on-site position involves working projects from start to finish. You will ensure every installation meets our high standards of quality and precision.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, excels at problem-solving, and consistently demonstrates professionalism in the field.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Door and Windows
- Ideal candidate has finish work experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and in various job site conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to meet our commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow direction and instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with mangement and team members.
- Applicants must be able to provide documentation verifying they are authorized to work in the US.
- Candidates must possess proficiency in English, Bi-Lingual with English and Spanish preferred.
- Preference will be given to applicants with at least 3 years Construction experience.
Salary
- Hourly pay, dependent on experience, with a review in 90 days
