Spend your summer on the water at Camp Watchaug, located right on scenic Watchaug Pond We're hiring passionate and safety-minded Aquatics Staff for the 2026 summer season:
- Lifeguards
- Boating Director
- Waterfront Director
Seasonal Commitment:
June–August | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
(Some flexibility available)
Qualifications:
- Must be 15 (Director roles preferred 21 )
- Current RI Surf or Non-Surf Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain before start)
- CPR/First Aid & Boating Safety certifications required for some roles
- Strong swimmer with experience supervising aquatic activities
- Comfortable leading, teaching, and ensuring safety around water
- Prior waterfront/camp experience strongly preferred for directors
