The Vendor Licensing Specialist will coordinate and facilitate the Vendor registration/licensing of new vendors and assist with other administrative functions in the Purchasing department.

The Vendor Licensing Specialist will coordinate and facilitate the Vendor registration/licensing of new vendors and assist with other administrative functions in the Purchasing department.
Position Responsibilities
- Process and submit all vendor registration forms with the DGE Licensing Bureau for all new vendors conducting business with Ocean Casino and Ocean's online gaming partners
- Complete and process all credit applications and account forms for all vendors.
- Input all vendors to the A/P Vendor Master File using the Great Plains financial system
- Input all vendors to Stratton Warren Purchasing System
- Request and maintain Certificates of Insurance on all vendors.
- Maintain and keep all vendor files up to date.
- Assists buyers as needed.
- Communication with vendors and the DGE for an expedited registration approval process
- Keep departments appraised of registration progress.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements set by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
- Minimum of (1) years' experience in a purchasing preferred
- Must have previous experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and Excel
- Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of vendor licensing and CCC regulations preferred
- Must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of Stratton Warren IP system preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
