IT Analyst II

Role Overview
Utilizing agile and other applicable IS frameworks, the IT Analyst II works as part of a collaborative team to solve customer issues and support healthcare applications and systems. This role applies analytical thinking to understand and document requirements and workflows, with the goal of maximizing value for customers. The IT Analyst II participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Employment Details

- Salary Upon Conversion: $75,000–$100,000

Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt support for customer issues, identifying root causes and developing creative solutions to correct application problems using critical thinking and analytical skills
- Support assigned applications by maintaining vendor-recommended versions and collaborating with vendors on escalated issues with complex applications
- Maintain server health through patching, reboots, and supported software versions
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide off-hours application support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, risks, and project requirements; gather, document, and analyze business, data, and integration requirements and workflows
- Participate in or lead design processes and complete assigned tasks for complex development and unit/integration testing
- Develop and maintain application support documentation; educate end-users and team members as needed
- Contribute to team growth through pair programming, knowledge sharing sessions, and pursuing self-training opportunities and conferences aligned with yearly goals
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Epic Certified (required)
- MyChart Certified (required)
- Digital marketing experience preferred
