Qualifications
- Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Business (Finance or Accounting).
- 4 years of banking experience required, directly related to servicing customers in retail banking branch operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to understand and implement job related policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of internal bank operations (wire transfers, debits/credits and loan payments) and of banking products to cross-sell.
- Ability to handle financial transactions, fraud detection, and customer dispute resolution.
- Experience working in a team (sales and service), and high-quality service advocacy.
- Knowledge of the completion of KYC.
- Comprehension of banking laws and applicable compliance regulations.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Software, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Business, Finance preferred) with two (2) years of banking experience, directly related to servicing customers in retail banking branch operations.
