What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist (FT) position at Ocean Avenue Veterinary Practice?

Location: 1001 Ocean Avenue, San Francisco. Open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm. We are looking for an experienced receptionist and or animal lover ASAP.

Veterinary Software: AVIMARK
Shift needed:

2 pm - 1030 pm
12 pm - 10:30 pm
Weekend availability required

Duties:

Answer multiple phone lines
Text correspondence (Weave app)
Scheduling appointment
Email response
Restock food and supplies, Rx refill
Cleaning
Scanning

Requirements:

At least 3 months in the veterinary field
Experience with multiple phone lines
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule
