We specialize in high-end automotive and marine appearance protection, including ceramic coatings, PPF, and now tint services that meet the same bada$$ standard we’re known for.
This isn’t just about slapping film on a window—it’s about precision, style, and protecting our clients' rides from the sun, heat, and stares.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install window tint film on vehicles and boats with accuracy and attention to detail
- Cut and fit film using computer software, plotters, or by hand, depending on the job
- Prep vehicles to ensure the cleanest, smoothest installs possible
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (because clutter kills quality)
- Educate clients when needed—help them understand the benefits of a solid install
- Maintain professionalism on every job, whether you're solo or with the team
- Assist in training and mentoring new tint installers as the department grows
- Safely move and handle high-end vehicles in tight shop spaces
- Work at multiple shop locations when needed—flexibility is key
- Follow detailed instructions and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing team
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience with window tint installation (auto and/or marine)—we’ll train on specifics, but this isn’t an entry-level role. Automotive required, marine a bonus.
- Solid understanding of film types, tools, and techniques (heat shrinking, pattern cutting, etc.)
- Familiarity with DAP software and plotters preferred (we’ll train if needed)
- Great eye for detail and ability to spot flaws before they’re flaws. You take pride in a clean finish.
- Great hand-eye coordination and a “get-it-done” mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners
- Professional appearance, language, and attitude—clients notice everything
- Team player mindset with strong communication and listening skills
- Willingness to take direction and continually improve
- Ability to safely drive and handle luxury vehicles
