We are hiring for a Lead Automotive Window Tinter.
This is not an entry-level role.
This is not an assistant position.
This is not a “we’ll train the right person” post.
Whoever fills this role is stepping directly into the position of our lead tinter.
That means you must be able to handle whatever comes through the door—without excuses, without hesitation, and without sacrificing quality.
If your answer is ever “I’m not comfortable with that” or “I don’t know how to do that,” this is not the right fit.
We need someone who can execute at a high level, every single day.
What You Must Be Able to Handle
- Full vehicle tint jobs from start to finish
- Tesla vehicles with confidence and precision
- Windshields, back glasses, difficult doors, and complex installs
- Hand-cutting patterns when needed
- Computer-cut systems for efficiency and consistency
- High-end vehicles where perfection matters
- Problem-solving on the fly without needing supervision
You are expected to lead by performance, not by title.
Minimum Requirements Do Not Apply Unless You Have:
- 5 years of professional automotive tinting experience
- Proven high-level experience with Tesla tinting
- Strong hand-cutting ability
- Clean, consistent install quality
- High standards and attention to detail
- Professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- The mindset of someone who takes ownership of the final product
