We are a tight nit group of about 12 tradesman. Painters, epoxy installers and craftsman who love leaving behind a top notch product. We are honest and keep integrity as our number 1 focus. We strive to deliver an exceptional product to each client and ensure the client experience is top shelf. We are all about growth; learning new skills and becoming better humans every day.
We pay 23-30/hr and offer bonuses whenever our guys exceed the profit goal.
We offer piece rate opportunities so you can earn more daily than you would on a standard hourly job.
We are 80/20, 80% res. Repaints/ 20% commercial or new construction.
Crew leaders/Foreman are provided with company van after probationary period complete.
Job Responsibilities: All prep To finish work related to painting, staining and cabinet painting, and leading a tech who may be an apprentice or a skilled painter
Qualifications:
1. Multiple years of experience running a crew.
2.A clear understanding of top quality and detailed finish work.
3. You can move swiftly, while maintaining high quality standards
4. You can work inside a client's home and keep it clean and organized and you leave it in better shape than when you got there.
5. Good eyes, a steady hand, the ability to think ahead and overcome obstacles.
6. You have a license, your own vehicle
BONUS skills we seek
- Drywall repairs and texturing
- Epoxy install
- Carpentry
We complete various types of work in each of these trades however this position is primarily for a foreman painter or skilled painter.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
