What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Human Resources position at Occupational Training Center?
- Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to design and implement strategic initiatives for growth, engagement, and cultural alignment.
- Oversee all HR functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, LOA, professional development, and performance management.
- Lead efforts to strengthen diversity, equity, access, and inclusion across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Employee Relations Officer on corrective action, conflict resolution, and training initiatives.
- Manage employee training programs and administration of the Relias training platform.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with state and federal regulations, while reflecting OTC’s mission and values.
- Develop strategic recruitment and retention initiatives that foster a positive employee experience.
- Lead organizational initiatives that promote accessibility, inclusion, and compliance with related laws.
- Manage benefit programs, vendors, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee annual processes such as compensation benchmarking, benefits review, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for all employees, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
- Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
