What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Occupational Training Center?
- Responsible for conducting assessments utilizing empirically proven assessment tools.
- Complete timely and thorough reports utilizing agency templates.
- Make recommendations based on assessment results.
- Develop goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment results.
- Provide therapeutic services at 4 day habilitations center and 3 group homes.
- Provide social skills instruction.
- Provide individual psychotherapy as needed.
- Consult with guardians, centers, and state agencies.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Develop and maintain Treatment Plans.
- Collect data during sessions.
- Complete thorough Treatment Note immediately after session.
- Write reports, including Progress Reports.
- Graph and analyze client data.
- Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
