To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Major Duties Of This Position Are
- Manage the regional system for receiving, tracking and replying to requests submitted under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
- Interpret and analyze data and produces reports for the Region, utilizing various parameters needed to obtain the data.
- Independently interpret rules, regulations, and common practices pertaining to the FOIA and privacy act.
- Manage and coordinate the Region's internal safety and health program.
- Manages the Region's information and resource libraries for internal and external users.
Conditions of employment
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
- Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.

- Manages and coordinates the property management system ensuring inventory control of all equipment.
