This position is in the Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), within the Office of Technology Assistance (OTA). This position will be filled in either Washington, DC, or Arlington Heights, IL.

Qualifications:
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
To qualify for the GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13. Examples of qualifying specialized experience for the GS-14 include:
- Developing or interpreting policies, procedures or strategies that govern the planning and utilization of health and safety applications.
- Determining resolution for issues with long term data integrity requirements.
- Participating in system development through identifying and/or documenting user needs.
- Performing analysis of programmatic data conflicts to determine inconsistencies.
Responsibilities:
Duties for the Process Change Manager include, but are not limited to the following:- Serves as an expert in the development and interpretation of OSHA policy and regulatory statutes.
- Provides quality reviews and initial testing of new system functionality.
- Plans, conducts, and manages end user testing for system functions.
- Analyzes functional and data requirements for OSHA systems design.
- Develops communication plans, messages, and training.
- Provides assistance to all users navigating OSHA systems and troubleshoots user issues.
Salary : $140,604
