Major Duties Of This Position Are
- Analyze, administer, and ensure the accountability of a wide variety of complex administrative and management functions within the Region. The functions include but are not limited to human resources management, financial management, occupational health and safety management, records management, property management and training administration.
- Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology, as needed.
- Conduct reviews of regional and field office organizational structures and resource allocations in relation to program priorities and needs.
- Assist management officials by performing staff analytical work that helps ensure the effectiveness of the offices' compliance operations and supports the accomplishment of its administrative duties.
- Serve as primary point of contact within the Region for Workers' Compensation related issues. Investigates and reports all serious personal work-related injuries to the Office of Safety and Health and as deemed necessary to the Office of Worker Compensation Program (OWCP).
