We are looking for a Property Manager for our developing mobile home community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site operations with full corporate staff support.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Collect rent, issue late notices, and attend eviction court
- Keep tenant files updated and organized
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Inspect grounds and vacant homes as necessary
- Source vendors and oversee their work
- Open work orders
- Post EPA notices as advised by corporate
- Full- time
