We are looking for skilled maintenance workers with "Mobile Home Park" experience.

Duties Include:

-Plumbing

-Mowing

-De trashing vacant homes

-Cleaning up debris around the park

-Light repairs to vacant homes to prepare for resale

Qualifications

-Own tools and transportation a plus

-Knowledge of sewer and water plants a plus

-Some experience remodeling homes

-some experience cutting grass and weed wacking

-Team player with a can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Warren, OH 44485: Relocate before starting work (Required)
