We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!

- Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e., plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Complete Make Readies and Turns
- Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
- Have HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Keep grounds clean and presentable
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
