Logo Quality Control (Picker/Packer)

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Logo Quality Control (Picker/Packer), where you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in the packaging and inspection of logo products. The Logo Quality Control (Picker/Packer) is responsible for checking, unpacking, and packing orders with productivity, quality and accuracy for all outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the pick ticket, including special shipping instructions (e.g., ship complete; same day; express, etc.)
• Check and verify inventory quantities
• Pack and check outbound orders for accuracy
• Identify Issue with garments before they go to press
• Maintain and stock inventory of packing supplies
• Understand basic warehouse layout of bins and items, including overstock and secondary bin locations
• Maintain cleanliness of aisles, bins, packing stations and other areas of the warehouse
• Understand and observe safety procedures
• Take appropriate action for problem resolution and exception reporting
• Maintain good attendance record for reliability
• Maintain high productivity, quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate attitude of teamwork and self-motivation

Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping orders preferred.
• Training will be provided on the job during onboarding.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
