What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Associate position at Occasionally Yours?
Shops by Todd, Inc. is looking for a part-time Ecommerce Associate to join our team. This role will assist the E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to fulfill online orders for our Occasionally Yours & Jake's Toggery stores. This role will be based out of our Fairfield Commons location. Responsibilities of an E-commerce Associate:
- Monitor all e-commerce applications to ensure timely response to orders
- High level of attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and effectively packaged
- Maintain an open line of communication with Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager and store teams
- Assist with customer communication on as as need basis
- Occasional travel between our Dayton, Cincinnati, and rarely Columbus locations
- Available to work to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
