Purpose of the role: Manage/ support various Operational Excellence (OE) assignments in relation to process improvements. Generate / consolidate ideas in OE initiatives and facilitate to implement solutions Arrange meetings / workshops with departments Conduct training / presentation on OE improvement initiatives, approach and techniques. What You Will Be Doing: Identify opportunities in operational excellence on man-hour savings, turnaround time reduction, process simplification etc. Manage small to medium-scale process improvement projects/ support large-scale cross functional projects for better employee experience, customer experience, and process efficiency Partner with project stakeholders to understand business needs and drive business change / transformation Adopt process improvement methodology / concepts for project facilitation (e.g. SIPOC, Process Mapping, Journey Mapping etc) Adopt agile approach for project planning & prioritize improvement initiatives Coordinate/ assist to coordinate project workshops meetings for current state process study & target operating models Collect and analyze business / operational data to identify root-causes Propose improvement solutions & facilitate implementation to address pain points of project stakeholders Develop business requirements and work with IT to deliver system enhancements Work with department representatives on project deliverables and keep track of the progress to ensure benefit realization Organize / support operational excellence culture promotional activities & reward programs to recognize self-driven improvement initiatives by staff members Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required What We Are Looking For Degree holder in any discipline 3 - 5 years in process improvement / change management in service or finance industry; Consultancy experience is a plus; Knowledge in banking processes or products; Project management (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt or related experience Good stakeholder relationship management; Ability to analyze and consolidate different ideas & opinions; Strong project management skills; Adaptive and flexible in changing strategic contexts; Self-driven & independent to lead / facilitate projects Good Analytical, Presentation and English Writing Skills #LI-SL1 What we offer: Competitive base salary.
