Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly creating a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information on retail offerings and financial services.
• Support retail sales initiatives by promoting store products, services, and financial solutions such as retail lending options.
• Handle loan processing and collections when applicable, maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and accessible.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments; retail store experience is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language; excellent communication skills are essential.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services, including retail lending or loan collections.
• Sales experiece (is a plus)
