Medical Records
- We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others. Must have experience with HIPAA or have experience maintaining confidentiality and privacy in a similarly situated role; strong computer skills and help foster a strong sense of teamwork. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls from other medical offices/facilities and patients who request medical records, processing a heavy volume of medical records requests from other healthcare providers on a priority basis, scanning paper records received from the clinical staff, indexing and analyzing documents for deficiencies, accurately filing electronic medical records, providing prompt and courteous service, both internally and externally. This is a full-time position with 1 year of Medical Records experience is required.
