Ocala Consulting & Prevention, a CARF-accredited outpatient practice, is hiring a full-time therapist to join our Ocala team. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days — a true 4-day work week Setting: Outpatient, adolescents and adults (in-person and telehealth) Caseload: 28–32 client appointments per week Pay: $64,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience You bring: - Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) - 3 years of clinical experience - Strong trauma background — EMDR, ART, or similar modalities a plus - Excellent documentation skills - Team-oriented mindset We offer: - 4-day work week in a strong, family-oriented team - No scheduling headaches — our admin team handles all of it - The stability of a group practice without the burdens of private practice - Paid time off - 401(k) Please note: health insurance is not currently offered.
