What You’ll DoYour daily rhythm blends leadership, operational strength, and a host’s intuition — the kind that makes the night unfold just right.You’ll be responsible for: Leading the Team● Inspiring and guiding a diverse FOH BOH team with confidence, clarity, and mentorship● Hiring, training, coaching, and building a culture rooted in belonging, accountability, and craft● Communicating like a pro — calm under pressure, clear in expectations, generous with feedback Operations & Experience● Ensuring nightly service runs smooth, efficient, and elevated● Upholding standards of excellence for premium craft cocktails, a mostly scratch kitchen, cleanliness, safety, and, of course, vibe.● Maintaining operational rhythm across opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures● Protecting consistency across quality, pacing, presentation, and hospitality touches Financial Leadership● P&L Ownership for at least 2 years, including overseeing revenue growth● Managing operations in line with budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls● Understanding the story behind the numbers — trends, variances, opportunities● Partnering closely with ownership to drive revenue, profitability and growth Culture & Collaboration● Supporting a workplace where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and proud● Using emotional intelligence to resolve conflict and elevate team communication● Integrating direction and feedback from ownership with professionalism and adaptability️ Facility & Vendor Management● Handling building needs quickly and professionally: refrigeration, HVAC, hood systems, fire suppression, repairs, etc.● Managing maintenance logs, service calls, and long-term asset care● Building strong vendor relationships and negotiating fair, high-quality partnerships● Keeping costs optimized without compromising experience or craftWhat You Bring● 3–5 years GM-level experience in a high-volume, full-service bar/restaurant● You operate with calm confidence — that “we’ve got this” energy people trust● A leadership presence that’s warm, articulate, grounded, and quietly charismatic● A love for craft.
