Pay Details
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.
Supports the marketing and development teams through research, analysis, and reporting on market trends, audience behavior, and asset performance. Plays a key role in aligning insights with creative and leasing strategies.

- Conduct competitive and audience research to inform development marketing and leasing strategies for office leasing, dining leasing as well as residential leasing
- Manage data collection and reporting across campaigns, media, and leasing initiatives
- Develop insights decks and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Support creative and content teams with data-driven recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience in real estate insights, or strategic planning, and marketing analytics
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with experience in data visualization
- Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and research platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
