Core Functions of the Customer Engagement Associate
- Engage directly with retail customers at in-store marketing events, introducing AT&T’s latest devices and service offerings.
- Run hands-on demos of 5G speeds, AI-powered cameras, and smart-home connectivity.
- Manage the full enrollment process from initial greeting to activation, including eSIM setup, secure data transfers, and feature education.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation to ensure compliance and long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail teams to support daily sales goals and maximize event performance.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Engagement Associate
- You’re comfortable talking to strangers and have a background in retail, hospitality, or promotions (or you're just a "people person").
- Ability to explain wireless technology features (including 5G connectivity and AI-powered tools) that anyone can understand.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in keeping customer records accurate and secure.
