Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies, D2D sales to expand the company's customer base
- Manage a designated territory by building relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring consistent account growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while maintaining profitable margins
- Utilize CRM software such as Job Nimbus to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within assigned territories
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support for product or service upgrades
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, D2D sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Job Nimbus or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis
- Knowledge of technology sales, retail sales, or technical products is highly desirable
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell solutions effectively during client meetings
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing market trends and identifying new opportunities
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory regularly for client meetings and industry events
