Busser- de Lazy Lizard

At de Lazy Lizard, bussers are a vital part of the island experience — keeping tables turning, service flowing, and the restaurant running smoothly in a high-volume, fast-paced tropical environment. In a large waterfront restaurant serving hundreds of guests throughout the day, bussers play a critical role in maintaining the pace of service and ensuring every guest walks into a clean, welcoming, and beach-ready dining space.

The Busser is responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and maintaining cleanliness throughout all dining areas. This role supports servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team to keep service moving during busy shifts. Bussers remove dishes and drinkware, wipe and sanitize tables, restock service stations, refill ice and supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Their hustle directly impacts how quickly guests are seated, how efficiently tables turn, and how smoothly the entire team operates.

If you’re ready to jump in, keep the island energy flowing, and be a key part of delivering the laid-back, unforgettable De Lazy Lizard experience, we’d love to have you on the team.
