Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations
• Support cooking activities, including baking, grilling, and sautéing as needed
• Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently during service periods
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food delivery during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience with food safety certifications is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
• Passion for culinary arts and delivering excellent guest experiences
