Duties
- Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and upsell additional items to enhance their experience
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or fast-food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is advantageous
- Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience are beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
