Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering nail care, nail art, and related aesthetic treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions
• Conduct classroom instruction
• Assess student progress through practical evaluations and written assessments to ensure mastery of skills
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the curriculum to keep training relevant and innovative

Requirements

• Cosmetologist Instructor or Nail Instructor
• Strong classroom experience with the ability to teach adult learners effectively
• Knowledge of advanced beauty techniques such as eyelash extensions, facial treatments, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser procedures
• Familiarity with lesson planning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor students
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills confidently while fostering an engaging learning environment
