Recreation Aid (Fitness) NF-01.

Duties

• Issues tools, equipment and games to authorized customers. Checks identification. Collects fees when appropriate, completes appropriate documentation.
• Receives returned items, inspecting for damage and missing parts. Checks inventories and supplies.
• In a recreation facility, assists in directing patrons, scheduling the use of courts, lanes and equipment. Participates in and directs games and social events.
• Provides customer service, facility and program information to patrons.
• Assists with simple repair and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, Chapter 2. to include a medical examination and Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.

Allowances and Differentials

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
