- This is a developmental position; duties listed below will be performed in a developmental capacity at the GS-09 and GS-10 grade level. At the full performance, GS-11, the incumbent will:
- Provides substantive management support services in the area of project cost analysis, annual and long range planning, and development.
- Reports annually and as needed on project execution and funding status.
- Performs site investigations and surveys to verify existing conditions and obtain data on projects to prepare preliminary design documentation.
- Monitors and ensures all project-related contract administration functions are within applicable guidelines.
- Receives proposals for projects and mods from contractors and delivers to project managers.
Conditions of employment
- Temporary Duty travel (TDY) may be required.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a valid State of Alaska driver's license. (Necessary to allow incumbent to commute from office to various work sites across the installation).
