Duties

• Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
• Represents the activity to the public.
• Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
• Supervises assigned staff and develops budgetary data.
• Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be able to work occasional weekends.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and stand for extended periods of time.
