- Manages a business activity as an assistant manager.
- Recommends and enforces operating procedures
- Represents an activity to the public.
- Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements.
- Supervises assigned staff.
Conditions of employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

- Minimum two (2) years of work experience managing or directing a family entertainment facility, bowling center, restaurant, or food and beverage operation.
- Experience with financial analysis, budget development and execution, and food and labor cost management.
- Experience with marketing and executing programs and events
