- Serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Business and Recreation Division Chief and supports the facility managers within the Business and Recreation Division (BRD) through a variety of tasks related to the organization.
- Answers phones, schedules staff call meetings, records minutes for required meetings, and ensures proper distribution of all Family and MWR correspondence. Supports the Division Chief as required.
- Planning and arranging the maintenance and preparation of information needed for budget reports, organizing the flow of clerical processes in the office and in subordinate offices.
- Assists with special event logistics as needed to include set-up/tear-down of assets, planning meetings, and completing storyboards and after action reviews.
- Serves as the primary POC for volunteer coordination for the Bataan Memorial Death March special event to include recruiting, scheduling, updating volunteer job descriptions, orders, tracking volunteer registrations, and answering questions.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
