Obsido Commercial is a modern, independent commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in San Antonio, Texas.
We specialize in investment sales, leasing, and land advisory across Central Texas, and we’re looking for a part-time marketing coordinator to help us strengthen and grow our digital presence as we enter our next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll help shape how Obsido shows up online — from LinkedIn posts to e-blasts to brand consistency.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support Obsido’s marketing operations across digital channels, helping us stay consistent, professional, and visible in the market.
You’ll work directly with the Managing Partner to schedule and publish content, manage our company LinkedIn page, and assist in sending out monthly e-blasts.
This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and design-savvy who enjoys bringing structure and creativity together.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Manage and post to the Obsido Commercial LinkedIn page.
- Create and format visuals in Canva using company brand templates.
- Track engagement and follower growth monthly.
Email Campaigns
- Assist in building and scheduling monthly e-blasts through Mailchimp.
- Maintain and update email contact lists.
- Help with light copy formatting and ensuring brand consistency.
Brand Consistency
- Maintain an organized folder of marketing assets (images, logos, templates).
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand tone and professionalism.
- Provide light creative input or design improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or communications.
- Proficient with Canva and Mailchimp (required).
- Experience managing or posting to LinkedIn company pages.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and visual design.
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working independently.
- Bonus: Experience in commercial real estate or financial services marketing.
