Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Calistoga, CA. The Wellbeing Manager will oversee wellness programs, lead spa operations, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating wellness services, managing wellness practitioners, monitoring quality control, and developing wellness initiatives tailored to client needs. The manager will also collaborate with leadership on strategy and maintain a welcoming environment for all clients.
