Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new B2B clients within assigned territories.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our solutions’ value.
- Generate leads through cold calling, door to door, targeted marketing and other trade tools.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software; analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of territory management, lead generation strategies, and direct sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
