Job Details

Responsibilities
- Perform residential power washing and exterior cleaning services.
- Clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, siding, and entryways.
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain professionalism at customer homes.
- Communicate job completion and report any issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional power washing or exterior cleaning experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and operating pressure washing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Dependable and available for on call scheduling.
Scheduling Expectations
- Technicians who accept jobs are expected to complete them as scheduled.
- If unable to complete a job advance notice must be provided.
- Repeated missed jobs may result in removal from the contractor roster.
- Reliable technicians receive priority scheduling.
