Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged parts and components, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct alignments and adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes is a plus.
- Ability to perform diesel engine repairs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
