- Produce ad hoc analyses and fulfill data requests from various business units and functions
- Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and optimization solutions using tools such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS
- Monitor and evaluate model performance and stability, and update models as needed
- Create analytical frameworks to compare and select the best modeling solutions for different business problems
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize model outputs and findings for stakeholders
- Prepare and present clear and concise presentations with analysis and recommendations to the executive team
- Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
- Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and other data scientists

- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS
