Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following our restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure all food items are prepared with high quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in placing orders when needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in the development and refinement of menu items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Line Cook or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- High level of creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
