Engineer III – CCaaS / Conversational AI Engineer
We are seeking a CCaaS and Conversational AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern customer experience platforms and AI-powered contact center solutions.
- Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions.
- Develop conversational IVR solutions using NLP, NLU, and AI technologies.
- Integrate speech-to-text and text-to-speech solutions.
- Develop cloud-native customer service platforms on GCP.
- Implement omnichannel routing, dialer, and campaign management capabilities.
- Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms.
- 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Python, APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Apigee, and BigQuery.
- Understanding of Terraform, IAM, encryption, OAuth, and cloud security.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with IVR design and customer experience platforms.
- Knowledge of telephony integration, SIP/WebRTC, and CRM/CTI integrations.
