- Support the defining and executing of the product roadmap for digital transformations across the enterprise.
- Assist in researching the industry as well as competitors to ultimately enhance the firm’s digital platforms, documenting current-state
- functionality, technical constraints, dependencies, and usage patterns.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to system performance, operational metrics, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
- Maintain detailed product documentation, including process flows, feature inventories, and system capability maps.
- Support backlog grooming activities by refining stories, validating requirements, and ensuring readiness for development teams.
- Partner with subject matter experts across technology, business, and operations teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Observe users to understand real-world system usage and identify incremental improvement opportunities.
- Track and report on product delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
- Three (3) years’ experience product or business analyst or similar supporting technology products and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and systems into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience documenting and creating a roadmap for existing and future products.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a focused, execution-oriented role while collaborating closely with other stakeholders.
- Experience performing analysis of service platforms and modernization initiatives.
