Key Responsibilities

- Develop a centralized survey registry: Design and implement a portfolio registry that tracks planned, active, and completed studies and integrates with pre-launch review processes.

- Define privacy and data governance standards: Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to establish baseline requirements for personally identifiable information (PII), consent language, data storage, retention, and escalation for additional review.
- Create research playbooks and onboarding: Develop practical documentation covering survey programming, quality assurance, launch procedures, monitoring, incident management, escalation pathways, and mandatory research standards.
- Support researcher qualification and enablement: Work with Quantitative and UX Research teams to translate researcher qualification criteria into practical assessment materials, including applied exercises, scoring rubrics, and debrief guides.
- Establish governance and escalation frameworks: Define which situations require mandatory escalation, such as customer contact, privacy concerns, protected programs, and launch issues, versus those that warrant optional methodological consultation.
- Evaluate and scale the pilot program: Support pilot measurement and evaluation, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for broader implementation, including reusable templates, question banks, and other shared resources.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen operational controls, and improve the overall efficiency and accessibility of survey research.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience spanning both primary survey research and survey operations management.
- End-to-end survey research expertise, including questionnaire design, sampling, weighting, survey programming, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate technical expertise into clear standards and guidance for other researchers.
