Key Responsibilities
- Pull, route, label, and organize low-voltage and structured cabling
- Terminate and test cable runs for AV, network, and control systems
- Assist with installation and mounting of displays, speakers, microphones, racks, and other AV equipment
- Support installation of conference room technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
- Assist with installation of network cameras and access control hardware
- Help stage equipment, prepare materials, and support job site setup
- Work onsite at client locations throughout NJ and NY on a daily basis
- Support testing and troubleshooting of installations as needed
- 0–3 years of experience in AV installation, low-voltage cabling, electrical work, or a related technical field
- Basic understanding of structured cabling and installation practices
- Ability to travel daily to client locations across NJ and NY
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel independently to job sites
- Comfortable performing physical installation work including ladder use and ceiling access
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
- Exposure to commercial AV environments
- Familiarity with conference room technologies (Teams, Zoom, displays, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge
- OSHA or low-voltage certifications (a plus)
